RETURN POLICY

We have implemented a 30-day return policy, which means that all products purchased on this website can be returned to us within this time frame. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product(s), and the product(s) must be returned to you without delay. Rеturnеd рrоduсt must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, and in their original packaging.

Please contact us through our contact form if the product is defective when you receive it, and we will assist you.

We reserve the right to issue a partial refund in cases where the product(s) is not in a usable condition, has been damaged, or has several parts due to our error.

RETURNS AND HOW IT WORKS

Contact us via our website’s contact form and attach the invoice to the message as proof of purchase within 24 hours after delivery. Please also include the reason for your return.

Then, as soon as possible, we’ll get back to you with information on where to send the product(s).

We will inform you of our decision as soon as we have received the product(s) and made an assessment.

If a refund is approved, we will automatically credit your credit card or other payment method.

If the product(s) is/are damaged, we will notify you if you are eligible for a partial refund. This varies from case to case, depending on the severity of the damages or the number of parts involved.

POLICY ON REFUNDS

We’ll send you an email once we’ve received and processed your return to let you know we’ve received it. We’ll also let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed – minus the original shipping charge, and a credit will be applied automatically to your credit card or other method of payment within 30days.
